Few people know the history of St. Chara Developers as deeply as Ioanna Stefanou. After forty years of dedicated service, from 1985 to 2025, she recently retired from her role as Head of Accounting, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of commitment and professionalism.
Over four decades, she supervised the company’s financial operations with precision and responsibility, helping ensure stability and trust in the business. Her role, however, extended beyond accounting. She was also closely involved in client relations, guiding prospective buyers through properties and helping them approach important decisions with confidence.
Her integrity, warmth, and dedication helped shape the relationships that define the company today. Her four decades of work remain an essential chapter in the story of St. Chara Developers.
Charoula Katalanou
Interior Design and Spatial Identity
As part of the St. Chara Developers team, interior designer Charoula Katalanou shapes interior environments that balance aesthetics, comfort, and functionality. With professional experience spanning interior design, lighting design, and project coordination, she works with both individuals and professionals to create spaces that respond to contemporary living.
A graduate of Frederick University in Cyprus, she approaches design with careful attention to detail, material quality, and spatial harmony. Her interiors combine visual refinement with practicality, creating environments that feel elegant while remaining welcoming for everyday life.
Her work ensures that the interior spaces of the company’s developments reflect the same thoughtful attention to design that defines their architecture.
Elina Pattichi
Architecture, Research, and Innovation
Architect Elina Pattichi, co-director of Pattichi & Tozaj – EP Architects, brings a research-driven and innovative perspective to architectural design. Her work integrates advanced design thinking with bioclimatic principles and technological exploration, reflecting a deep sensitivity to both environmental and social contexts.
A graduate of the National Technical University of Athens and a postgraduate researcher at the Architectural Association’s Design Research Laboratory in London, she has received numerous distinctions in international architectural competitions, including four first prizes for major public projects in Cyprus.
Her architectural approach reflects a forward-looking engagement with the evolving relationship between people, technology, and the built environment.
Elina Marathefti
Architecture and Spatial Clarity
Architect Elina Marathefti, co-founder of Marathefti Architects Studio LLC, contributes architectural expertise to projects associated with St. Chara Developers.
She studied architecture at the Università degli Studi di Firenze, where she later completed her PhD in Architecture. Her work focuses on contemporary architectural design with an emphasis on identity, functionality, and spatial clarity.
Her architectural approach combines aesthetic precision with a thoughtful understanding of how people experience space, shaping environments that are both distinctive and deeply connected to everyday life.
Marianna Herodotou
Financial Management and Coordination
Marianna Herodotou has worked as an accountant at St. Chara Developers since 2021, contributing to the organization and monitoring of the company’s financial processes with consistency, responsibility, and a strong commitment to accuracy.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cyprus, with a focus on management, and brings several years of experience in accounting and financial support for businesses. Through her work, she supports the sound financial management and smooth operation that underpin responsible and sustainable development in the real estate sector.
Outside her professional responsibilities, she is also a young mother balancing her career with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility.
Niki Latzia
Financial Administration and Organizational Support
Niki Latzia works in the field of accounting and financial management, bringing many years of experience in organizational and financial responsibilities across different sectors of business activity. She joined St. Chara Developers in 2025 and quickly became an integral part of the team.
Through her work, she contributes to the coordination and smooth operation of financial processes, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail. Her professional experience is complemented by studies in Secretarial Administration at C.D.A. College and certifications in bookkeeping and office applications.
She is also the mother of two children and places great importance on values such as friendship, solidarity, and meaningful human relationships — qualities that also shape her collaborative approach at work.
Chara Stephanou
Brand Strategy and Cultural Positioning
Chara Stephanou plays a key role in shaping the identity and strategic presence of St. Chara Developers. As Brand Development Manager, she contributes to the evolution of the company’s brand and its positioning within the real estate sector, ensuring that its values of excellence, transparency, and quality are consistently reflected in its communication and public image.
Her academic background bridges philosophy, art, and architecture. She studied Philosophy and Political Sciences at the University of Manchester, completed a Master’s degree in Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MPhil in Architectural Theory at the University of Cyprus.
Her interdisciplinary perspective enriches the company’s approach to development, connecting architecture with culture, aesthetics, and broader questions about how people experience and inhabit space.
Stella Nicodemou
Visual Communication and Brand Identity
Stella Nicodemou is a visual designer and UI specialist who collaborates with St. Chara Developers on branding and visual communication. With more than a decade of experience in the creative industry, she brings a refined design sensibility and a strong understanding of how visual identity shapes the perception of a brand.
Her work highlights the importance of creative collaboration within the broader ecosystem surrounding the company, ensuring that St. Chara Developers’ visual communication reflects the same attention to detail and quality that define its developments.
