Seeking Sales and Marketing Assistant

St. Chara Developers Ltd, a leading property developer based in Nicosia, is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Company’s expanding operations.

The successful candidate will be working with the Sales Director, the Marketing Manager, and the Digital Marketeer to develop and execute marketing strategies for specific products and services and to accomplish annual sales targets.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional appointments during the weekend are infrequent but may occur.

• Administrative tasks such as data entry, answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
• Customer relationship management duties such as cold calling and follow-up leads, answering questions about products or services, processing inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
• Organizing and executing market research, analyzing questionnaires, collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies for specific products or services.
• Monitor active marketing campaigns and create reports on marketing performance.
• Creating digital and physical marketing deliverables such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs.
• Assisting with organizing promotional events, such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, presentations, or product launches.
• Maintaining a marketing database.
• Writing marketing and website text
• Social media
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Fluent in Greek and English language, both in writing and speaking. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in positions of marketing and/or sales. Real Estate experience will be considered an advantage.
• Experienced user of CRM platforms and Microsoft software. Familiarity with designer programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCad etc) will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and paid advertising campaigns on social media.
• Ability to observe and adjust marketing and sales strategies to changing trends and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Organized, consistent, accurate, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extrovert and friendly personality.
• Creative and critical thinking.
• Driver’s license.
